There are many possibilities for FoBC funding but the two holes in this 17th century Dutch painting make it a prime candidate to be a future beneficiary of the Friends fundraising efforts. Full marks to those who know where it resides at present......
This looks like a worthy project, as a Friend I think the previous work on restoration and cleaning of artwork and the cleaning and conservation on the tapestries are a testament to this loyal band of Friends, long may it continue.
